Toyota Temporarily Suspends Sales of Selected Vehicles
/CNW/ - Toyota Canada Inc (TCI) today announced that it is instructing Toyota dealers to temporarily suspend sales of the eight models involved in the recall for sticking accelerator pedal, announced on January 21, 2010. Toyota is making every effort to meet the needs of customers and this decision will enable TCI to coordinate activities and expedite the accelerator pedal repairs for customers as quickly as possible.

World Heart Corp. Completes $7.3 Million Private Placement
/CNW/ -- World Heart Corporation ("WorldHeart"; Nasdaq: WHRT), a developer of mechanical circulatory systems, announced today that it has completed its previously announced private placement of common stock and warrants to purchase common stock. Gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $7.3 million. Proceeds from the private placement are expected to be used for general corporate and working capital purposes.

Tata Comm to invest Rs 500 cr in Pune data centre
MUMBAI: Tata Communications (TCL) will invest Rs 500 crore in its data centre in Pune. The company is betting big on the managed services business that has gained scale post the economic slowdown. The centre, offering co-location, managed hosting and storage, apart from other services, has already roped in some large and medium enterprises as clients.
NMDC, Tata Steel sign MoU on possible JV
